Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently only ship within India. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

  3. Approval and Exchange: Upon approval, we'll provide instructions for the exchange. Please securely package the device for return.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Device Condition: To qualify for an exchange, the device must meet predetermined criteria established by our assessment team. Criteria include functionality, physical condition, and presence of original accessories.
  • Original Packaging: Ensure the device is returned in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. Exchanges will be facilitated based on the local team's assessment of the device condition.
