Warranty for Devices
Agrihawk Technology Private Limited, operating under the brand name Fyllo, offers a warranty (hereinafter referred to as the Fyllo Warranty) exclusively for its devices under brand Fyllo. This warranty applies solely to Fyllo-branded hardware IoT devices purchased from Agrihawk Technology Private Limited or its authorized channel partners, resellers or distributors for personal usage, and not for resale.
Warranty Coverage
The Fyllo Warranty is valid for a period of Twenty-Four (24) months, starting from the date of purchase of the product (Warranty Period). The Warranty Period begins from the purchase date recorded in the sales invoice issued directly by Fyllo or its authorised channel partners, distributors or re-sellers. It is essential to keep your original sales invoice. During the Warranty Period, Fyllo warrants the product against any manufacturing defects.
If the product’s hardware or software component becomes defective within the Warranty Period, Fyllo will, at its discretion and at no cost to you, repair the product using new or reconditioned components or parts, or replace the product with a new or reconditioned product of the same or functionally equivalent model.
Warranty Claim Procedure
If an issue arises, customers either using Help section in the Fyllo app or contacting Fyllo sales/support representative raise a support ticket. After raising the issue, a support ticket will be created. No warranty claim or repair/replacement will be processed without the support ticket. Fyllo’s representatives will reach out via mobile or visit the location to understand the scope of the issue, damage, or failure. Based on the cause and severity, Fyllo will determine the appropriate repair action. Once the support ticket number is created, Fyllo will take the necessary steps to repair the device either in your location or if need be device shall be shipped to Fyllo’s location to conduct tests and repair the device.
Limitations
Fyllo shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Fyllo’s products.
To the extent allowed by law, this warranty and the remedies outlined herein are exclusive and replace all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied.
Fyllo disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. Where such warranties cannot be disclaimed,
Fyllo limits the duration and remedies of these warranties to the duration of this express warranty. If the product is defective in materials or workmanship, the sole and exclusive remedy is repair or replacement as described above. If the remedy fails to meet its essential purpose, Fyllo reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product in exchange for its return. Fyllo and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of use or data, loss of profits, or business interruption, whether arising from warranty, tort (including negligence), contract, or indemnity, except where prohibited by law. The limitations set forth herein are not exhaustive, and the provisions of these warranty terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, will govern.
Warranty Voidance
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process before making your payment.
Notwithstanding any contrary provisions herein, the Fyllo Warranty will be void in the following cases:
- Removal or alteration of labels on the product or any of its components.
- Failure or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating conditions, natural disasters, lightning strikes, acts of God, improper maintenance, or any force majeure event.
- In case of theft of the device.
In such cases, the warranty will be deemed invalid, and you will forfeit the right to make claims, request repairs, refunds, or replacements. Any disputes arising from warranty claims will be resolved by the courts in Bangalore, India.
